What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. International shipping generally takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Are CIGA Design watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces feature a 3ATM water resistance rating, making them resistant to splashes and rain. However, they are not intended for swimming, diving, or showering.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do CIGA Design watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches include a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or crystal from the date of purchase.
How do I care for my mechanical watch?
To maintain accuracy, we recommend winding your watch manually if it hasn't been worn for 48 hours and avoiding strong magnetic fields or extreme physical shocks.
